Throughout my 20+ years as a graphic designer, I have honed my design and production skills across many different industries, including newspaper layout, floor & wall tile marketing/catalog design, HR management marketing, and most notably scientific publications.

In my most recent role as Senior Art Director at Vaniam Group, I produced, oversaw, and trained newer designers in the art of scientific posters, manuscript figures, slide presentations, plain language summaries, and many other types of scientific deliverables. I also developed a wide range of project templates and other production tools to help streamline processes and maintain consistency and quality among all client projects.

In my 12 years at Vaniam, I built and maintained a creative publications department that focused on the highest quality deliverables, fueled by a strong attention to detail and the desire to make scientific data appear beautiful yet professional. I look forward to one day building another publications department from the ground up!
